It's a packed 5:30 class on Frid Street today! This sweaty crew is crushing their full body strength workout! Did you know that in our small group training classes, we provide each member with a @polarglobal heart rate monitor so that you can track your personal progress? This can be extremely helpful and self-motivating throughout your workout.
