Today we're focusing on the correct way to do a squat. Squats are an excellent way to build muscle, burn fat, and maintain mobility & balance. To start, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Put your heels under your shoulders, and turn your feet out 30 degrees. Keep your whole foot flat on the floor, planting your toes & heels. Push your knees out to the side, in the direction of your feet. Bend your hips and knees at the same time, moving your hips back down while pushing your knees out (think of pushing a door open with your butt). You want to squat with a neutral and natural arch in your back, similar to when you stand. With this functional exercise, you'll be sure to make real-life activities easier, while toning your backside, abs and entire body! @adamcolecz
